Spanish bread soup

You take

6 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
4 Shit stale bread
1 liter of light broth
100 g tuna from the tin
hot paprika
sweet paprika
cayenne pepper
4 eggs
cumin

Put the oil and garlic in a pan and shake (casserole dish) and switch to medium heat. When the garlic is cooked, take it out and put it aside. Toast the bread on both sides until golden brown. Add broth and stir to divide the bread into pieces. Pure garlic, tuna puree, season.

Whisk eggs and poach for 5 minutes over low heat.

At the end, sprinkle with cumin
