Spanish Fricco - Munsterland stew
ingredients
- 500g mixed goulash (beef and pork, who has and likes can also take mutton)
- 250g onions
- 40g of butter or margarine
- 1kg of potatoes
- salt
- Paprika powder sweet
- about 1/4 liter of water
- 5 tbsp sour cream
preparation
Chop the onions and fry in the fat, add the meat and sauté. Peel and slice the potatoes. Add to the meat, salt and paprika, add the water and simmer for about 1h on a low heat. Finally add the sour cream and season to taste.
The Schmorzeit need not be kept exactly, but the dish wins only with longer Schmorzeit.
And it applies as with all stews: Schmackt upwärmt better as bit first mole.
