Strawberry yoghurt ice

This strawberry yoghurt ice cream is delicious, healthy, low in calories, low in fat and the effort is limited.

I take 500 grams of strawberries and mash them in the blender with powdered sugar. The amount of sugar depends on your personal taste and how sweet the strawberries are. However, one must keep in mind that in the frozen state, the sugar appears less sweet, so rather give a spoon more.

There are also two cups of natural yoghurt, 3.5% or 1.5% fat, as you like. Extremely low-fat yoghurt does not taste so good. Mix everything well and put it into the ice cream machine.

It is best, of course, if you can prepare it in the ice machine, but you have no, it is also in the freezer or compartment. Then freeze for several hours and stir well every half hour, otherwise you end up with a single hard ice block.

Instead of strawberries go all sorts of other fruit varieties, I've already made the ice cream with raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, nectarines, apricots and even Sharon fruits.
