Stuffed mini potato halves with pieces of roast beef

For these stuffed potato halves you expect per person with 2 small potatoes - best new triplets.

The potatoes are washed, halved unpeeled and placed with the cut surface down on an oiled, sprinkled with salt and cumin baking sheet.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees, then they are soft.


Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Stir in a bowl the following cream:

  • 3 tablespoons Majo
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • some pepper from the mill

This amount is sufficient for 12 potato halves, which are coated with it.

Depending on the amount of guests you can increase the amount of ingredients accordingly.


The freshly mixed cream is used to spread the potato halves.

Purchased roast beef slices (slices from the butcher) are cut into thin strips.

I bought 150g roast beef for the amount of cream mentioned above.

A halved, cream-coated potato is garnished with a spoon of roast beef stripe.

You can offer the tofu lukewarm as delicious appetizers with skewers on a plate.
