Sweet pumpkin buns
ingredients
- 1.25 kg of flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g of butter or margarine
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g yeast (dry yeast is also)
- 500 g pumpkin
- 200 ml of water

- Butcher the pumpkin and dice it small, cook the pieces gently in a little water, drain very well! let and puree.
- Make a smooth dough from all the ingredients and let it "go" in a warm place for half an hour. (If he has not risen then, wait a bit).
- Knead again and form small rolls. Make this with an incision and bake in the oven on a tray covered with baking paper at about 200 degrees until they are nice brown. I never pay attention to the time, but try the rolls.
