Tip for losing weight

A tip for losing weight tested by me: Last year I had to fight with a few kilos too much on the hips. To get rid of these, I practiced the following:

In the morning I ate normally (so also a roll with Nutella or jam) and drank a glass of milk. Actually, without major restrictions.

I took a lot of fruit and vegetables to my work and ate them all day long. For this we have water from the employer and I have tried to drink more than usual to keep the whole organism a little on the go.


In the evening I ate warm, but only meat and vegetables or salad. Sometimes only salad, sometimes tomato with mozzarella or a piece of cheese from the edges or scrambled eggs. Just in the evening, no or very few carbohydrates.

In addition, I went to take yogurt instead of sour cream for the salad and no longer bread my meat, but to eat unpaniert, for better seasoned.

It worked very well for me and I lost 12 kilos within 3 months. It should be said that I also had a bit more exercise at the time. (Today I do this by climbing stairs to the 5th Etg. Or go shopping on foot, because I did not make time in the fitness center.)
