Toast Hawaii with pork tenderloin - Suuuperlecker and fast

For 2 people:

- 4 approximately 3-4 cm thick slices of pork tenderloin
- 4 slices of thick-cut Gouda
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 2-3 slices of toasted bread
- 1 package of finished sauce Bernaise
- 1 small tin of peaches or pineapple or mandarins (choice and taste)

First, the sparkling filet comes into the pan and is fried. Then lay the meat on kitchen paper and forget it (not for hours, but during the preparation of the toast). Now the oven is heated to 180 °.

Put the toast in the toaster and let it cool down. Now take a refractory form, put toast (unbuttered!) In the mold. The shape should be so small that not too much space remains. On the toast comes first the ham, then a slice of cheese, then the fruit, a shot of the sauce Bernaise, again the cheese, on top of it the rest of the sauce Bernaise.

Now the whole thing in the oven. It's done when the cheese has melted and is happily bubbling away.

Tip: Meat should always have room temperature before frying. So do not take directly from the fridge and throw in the pan! Otherwise, the meat can easily become tough.

Preparation time: Approx. 15 min., Time in the oven: approx. 20 min.

Although the purest "hip gold", but tastes super delicious, goes afloat and reaped the highest praise!

If you want, you can do a little salad. Other side dishes are not needed.
