Tomato pan with ham cubes

We have a lot of tomatoes in the garden right now - wonderfully aromatic! In the face of this glut, my husband had a very nice recipe idea this morning, namely a tomato pan with ham cubes. It was ready for lunch today. We were both excited about this new recipe. Here it is:
ingredients
- 1 small bowl of small tomatoes (I took 35 pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- a pack of ham cubes
- 1 cup of crème fraîche
preparation
First I fried the ham cubes in the oil.
Then I cut the tomatoes into slices and mitgeschmort.
Finally, I have the creme fraiche stirred in, and done!
There was rice for that.
If we can harvest so many tomatoes for a long time, this dish will definitely be available several times this summer.
