Use teaching and training workshops
In some places there are special teaching and learning opportunities for "disadvantaged" apprentices training centers, even young people who have failed on the apprenticeship search in the usual way there can achieve training goals.
There is qualified training with good professionals and teachers.
These centers are happy about assignments, the trainees come together with real customers and with the real life. The work is done with commitment and care. And are qualitatively not the so-called master workshop.
Why not go to these centers if you have smaller jobs to give?
Unfortunately, these institutions are not known everywhere. With every satisfied customer who passes on his positive experiences, the training is promoted.
Youth promotion does not only happen by the way of politics - everyone can contribute in this way.
Of course, you have to pay for the services provided there as well. A small tip for the community fund can only increase the motivation.
