Xylitol - caries inhibiting sweetener
The sweetener xylitol also has an anti-caries effect because it destroys certain germs in the mouth. See Wikipedia Xylit> Properties> Medical Meaning.
This sweetener is available in many variations in pharmacies, health food stores or drugstores. But I recommend that you first look at Amazon for XYLIT, birch sugar or XYLITOL (English). There you get a good overview.
I always suck a drop in the evening, so that the germs are reduced during the night. Who buys it as a powder, should in the evening a teaspoon tip full slowly melt in the mouth. The photo shows a product example.
