A combination of cheese and poppyseed cake
My husband loves every kind of poppy seed cake. My absolute favorite is cheesecake. What could be better than making a combination of both cakes?
The following ingredients apply to a cake:

1 egg
1 pa. orange flavor
Make a shortcrust pastry, chill for 1 hour.
For the cheese poppy seed:
2 Pa. Cream custard powder
750 ml of milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 Pa. Poppy mix
1 pa. orange flavor
1000 g of lean quark
2 eggs
50 g of flour
For the cream, prepare the pudding with milk, sugar and orange flavor. With constant stirring, let the pudding cool. Then carefully mix the pudding, poppy seeds, cottage cheese, eggs and flour in a larger bowl.
Spread the cream on the shortcrust pastry rolled out in the meantime on a baking tray.
Make 300 g flour, 200 g sugar, 200 g butter crumble and crumble on the cream.
Baking time: circulating air 160 ° / gas stove level 4, 1 hour.
The cake can be easily frozen.
