Apple pie with stevia

I can not get enough of this Stevia-sweetened apple pie. I even treat myself with a cherry on top. So another sugar substitute recipe.
ingredients
- 3 apples
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of Stevia sweetener
- 3 tablespoons date syrup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- ½ pck of baking soda
- 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon, ground
- ½ pck. Lemon zest, grated
- some yoghurt butter
- some breadcrumbs
- some powdered sugar
preparation
- Peel apples, quarter them, clean them, cut them into small pieces.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Beat eggs, stir. Stevia sweeties to mix.
- Mix flour and baking powder. Added egg-stevia mix. Mix the mixture well.
- Season the dough with lemon zest and cinnamon. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Butterform pan (25 cm) well and sprinkle breadcrumbs over it.
- Oven middle rail, bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Then leave for 15 minutes in the oven
- When the apple pie is cold, sprinkle icing sugar over it.
My tip: My Stevia cakes are not superduper taste sensations (like ... to the kneeling!). I do it that way. Because superduper sweet taste in the mouth makes you greedy. I do not want that anymore. Because that just makes a bad figure ... A little habituation is announced and that works.
