Apple-turkey casserole

This apple and turkey casserole should not be missing from my buffets. It is easy to make and tastes very good.

Ingredients for about 4 people

  • 500 g of turkey meat
  • Pepper salt
  • 1 tbsp frying fat
  • 3 apples

Molding:

  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp flour

preparation

  1. Cut the turkey meat into 1 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper. Fry the meat in the frying fat.
  2. Peel apples, remove core casing and cut into slices. Alternating with the meat layered like a tile in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the casting, pour over meat and apples.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 160 ° (hot air).

This fits a green salad.
