Asparagus and ham rolls Gratin

- Preheat oven to 160 ° C
- Peel potatoes and cook (as small as possible or quarter after cooking)
- Cooking asparagus (if fresh)
- Individually wrap the asparagus spears in cooked ham. Place in a casserole dish with the potato quarters (cooked). Add hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with gratin cheese.
- Gratin for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.
Variation: also works with chicory leaves. For this, wash the chicory, blanch the leaves for a short time, then wrap in boiled ham and also put in the oven with potatoes and hollandaise and cheese.
