Baked hand cheese

A quick and tasty treat.

Per person we take a normal sized hand cheese. We cut it right through. The two halves are now breaded like a Wiener schnitzel and baked in plenty of oil. If it is nice golden brown (that takes about 3 to 4 minutes per side), remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

This is matched by cranberries or any other kind of sweet jam - depending on your taste.

Very good tastes also a good spoon full of Frankfurt green sauce.
