Basmati rice with tuna and corn

What you need....

- Basmati rice
- 1 tin of tuna (without oil)
- 1 can of corn

It's simple: Put a cup of rice (1-2 people) and 2.5 cups of water in a saucepan. Simmer until the water has evaporated.

Then just remove the tuna from its juice, clean it, drain corn, then simply season with olive oil, salt, pepper and if you want Knofi.

As the saying goes: garlic is good for the heart and nails :-)
