Spaghetti Surprise (4 persons)

Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti, oil, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 300 g carrots, 2 peppers (color does not matter), salt, pepper, 1 can of pineapple pieces, 500 g of passed tomatoes, 175 g of cooked ham

Cook the spaghetti, drain. Remove the onion and garlic, dice and fry in a little oil. Clean, peel, wash and slice the carrots. Cut peppers in half, stalk, core, wash and cut into pieces. Add the carrot slices and pieces of pepper to the onion-garlic mixture, sauté and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle chunks on a sieve to drain, catch the juice and add 1/8 l of it to the vegetables. Cover the vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the pineapple pieces, the tomato and the diced ham, heat and season.
