Breaded sheep's cheese with baked potatoes and green beans
Ingredients for 2 persons:
high-quality sheep's cheese (not from cow's milk)
bread crumbs
firming potatoes
green beans fresh or out of the glass
rosemary
Seasoned Salt
Flour
1 onion
garlic
Preparation:
Peel potatoes, spread them in quarter on a greased sheet, sprinkle with herb salt and rosemary and brush with olive oil. Off in the oven.
Quarter the sheep's cheese (or even smaller cubes, according to taste) and toss in flour. Then dip in water and bread in breadcrumbs. Press the breading well. Roast in vegetable oil.
Cut the onion into pieces or rings, chop garlic or cut into slices. Fry in a glass. Add beans from the glass or fresh boiled and heat.
