ingredients

Yeast dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1/8 l lukewarm milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 Pä vanillin sugar
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g quark (40%)

Decoration:

  • 3 tablespoons of milk to coat
  • 50 g of hail sugar (coarse-grained sugar)
  • 2 Pa. vanilla

preparation

Prepare the yeast dough and divide into 25 cakes with a diameter of 6 cm after walking. Do not place too tight on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and let it rest for another 15 min. Then spread with milk and sprinkle with hail / vanilla sugar mixture. Baking: 175 ° C (pre-heated), approx. 20 min.
