I was inspired by a vegetarian cookbook and a crazy delicious cake came out.

ingredients

ground

  • 150g of dark biscuits (I took Lidl's Oreo-fake) or alternatively butter biscuits, biscuit tins etc.
  • 2 tablespoons (powder) of sugar
  • 60 g butter

Quark layer

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • the stuffing of the cookies mentioned above (you just have to scratch it out)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of sugar

topping

  • 1 glass of cherries and 1 glass of raspberries

preparation

  1. Scrape out biscuits, crumble, mix with sugar and melted butter and either press like me in little molds, or in a glass or springform.
  2. Cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and the biscuit filling (alternatively also vanilla flavor / extract) collide.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff, lift it under the quark and spread it on the bottom, then chill before serving.
  4. For the sake of calories, I abstain from topping up with a thousand spoons of sugar, simply boiled up with just 1 vanillin sugar, you can also use red fruit jelly or, of course, fresh fruit.

He looks funny but is really delicious!
