Chicken curry with coconut milk

Recipe for a quick chicken curry with different vegetables. Coconut milk and spices give it a very special taste.

ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 L broth or less
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika rose sharp
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 small pointed peppers
  • 500 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 big carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly for setting some flour

preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Sauté briefly in a little hot oil.
  2. Cut the vegetables to the mouth and sweat.
  3. Add spices and bring to the boil and coconut milk.
  4. Simmer briefly with salt and pepper to taste and possibly set with flour.
  5. This is best served rice.
