Chicken curry with coconut milk

Recipe for a quick chicken curry with different vegetables. Coconut milk and spices give it a very special taste.
ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 L broth or less
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika rose sharp
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 small pointed peppers
- 500 g of fresh mushrooms
- 2 big carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 can of coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- possibly for setting some flour
preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Sauté briefly in a little hot oil.
- Cut the vegetables to the mouth and sweat.
- Add spices and bring to the boil and coconut milk.
- Simmer briefly with salt and pepper to taste and possibly set with flour.
- This is best served rice.
