Curried meat

First, marinate 500g of chicken sliced (about 2 hours) in 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 clove of garlic and (if you like) 1 tablespoon of mustard.
ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons chicken spice
- 1-2 tablespoons curry
- 300-400 g Asian vegetable mix
- 250 ml of coconut milk
- 150 ml vegetable or chicken broth
preparation
- Roast the meat well after marinating (if you have a wok, a normal frying pan), season with chicken spice and set aside.
- Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes, add the meat and deglaze with the broth, add the coconut milk and the curry powder and simmer for about 10-15 minutes on the 4th stage.
- Serve with rice or China noodles as a side dish.
