  • 1-2 tablespoons curry
  • 300-400 g Asian vegetable mix
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 150 ml vegetable or chicken broth

preparation

  1. Roast the meat well after marinating (if you have a wok, a normal frying pan), season with chicken spice and set aside.
  2. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes, add the meat and deglaze with the broth, add the coconut milk and the curry powder and simmer for about 10-15 minutes on the 4th stage.
