Deep-fried pelmeni

So the Swabians will probably curse me for this tip ... - but still - it's delicious!

I was actually out of a fix on it.

Simply place ready-to-use Maultaschen (the good, packaged from the discounter) in the approximately 180 degrees hot fryer. Turn after about 2 minutes - and then wait until the little ones are nice and crunchy brown.

The pasta dough is really nice crisp and throws (crunchy) bubbles, the filling is nice and hot :-) - just a delicious dip and ready.

All in all, a very quick snack in between.
