Delicious tomato snack

Especially when it's such heavy weather, you do not feel like cooking.

I only make small snacks that arrive at my family;)

Ingredients:


3 water rolls or a small baguette
3 big tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 fresh garlic clove
a little olive oil
some Basalikum vinegar
tomatoes salt
one small sprig of rosemary each
Thyme and coriander
freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Quarter the tomatoes, remove the green core and pulp and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Put in a small bowl.


Peel garlic and press over it. Then add a dash of olive oil and basal oil. The needles from the rosemary, mince something, pluck the thyme leaves and the coriander leaves and add to the broth.

Season with pepper and tomato salt and leave for half an hour.

In the meantime, cut the bread rolls or baguette into thin strips and spread on plates.

Season the tomato mixture again and then add a teaspoon to each slice and spread on it.

If you want, you can still toast the bread slices, but also tastes so delicious.
