Diabetics Pie

Pie crust:

There are different possibilities:

  1. Buy a diabetic cake soil
  2. Bake a cake with sweetener
  3. Do without the floor

Covering:

  • 1/2 liter DIET fruit buttermeal (for example from Müller)
  • 200ml H-cream (1 small packet)
  • 6 sheets of gelatine (red or white)

preparation

Soak the gelatine and melt in the pot. Take pot from the plate. Slowly pour in DIET fruit buttermilk. Stir! Slightly beaten H-cream. Stir!

Place the cake bottom in a springform pan. Keep ring closed. Fill in the mass. Put in the fridge for 1 day.

Additional tips:

To match the fruit buttermilk variety you can put on the ground DIET fruits (Natreen) or fresh fruit.

When taking lemon fruit buttermilk, the pie will taste like cheese cream pie.


BE:
You can easily calculate the BE.
Please note the information on the packaging of the buttermilk or cake base. Fruit must be calculated.

For strawberry fruit buttermilk, use red gelatine. Place half fruits on the ground. You can garnish cake with half strawberries later.
