Freshly made strawberry cake

This will not be a strawberry cake, but a freshly prepared strawberry cake that is light, delicious and ideal for 1-2 people.
The biscuit lasts for at least 5 days in a fresh food box. You can treat it to fresh fruit every day. You know how a strawberry cake tastes the next day, soaked and not as tasty as it is fresh.
First a biscuit is baked ... Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
ingredients
Sponge cake:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 vanilla pudding powder filled with wheat flour 405 to 130 g
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Cream:
- Quark or yogurt
- sugar
- vanilla sugar
- a little lemon juice
- little cream
- small cut strawberries
- marmalade or good prepared strawberry yoghurt
preparation
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and warm water very frothy.
- Sift the custard-flour-baking powder mixture onto the egg foam and fold until no more flour nests are visible.
- Lay out the baking sheet with paper, spread the dough on it and bake it bright for about 10 minutes. Each stove heats differently, so stick with it and look!
- Remove the biscuit from the baking tray and leave to cool on a dishcloth sprinkled with a little sugar. Then cut into arbitrary pieces.
- The cream is made from yoghurt or cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, a little lemon juice, a little cream flavored. Small cut strawberries, marmalade or good prepared strawberry yoghurt, at will. Spread the cream on a piece of biscuit, lavishly topped with strawberries, biscuit topping, and again some cream and berries.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
