  • small cut strawberries
  • marmalade or good prepared strawberry yoghurt

preparation

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and warm water very frothy.
  2. Sift the custard-flour-baking powder mixture onto the egg foam and fold until no more flour nests are visible.
  3. Lay out the baking sheet with paper, spread the dough on it and bake it bright for about 10 minutes. Each stove heats differently, so stick with it and look!
  4. Remove the biscuit from the baking tray and leave to cool on a dishcloth sprinkled with a little sugar. Then cut into arbitrary pieces.
  5. The cream is made from yoghurt or cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, a little lemon juice, a little cream flavored. Small cut strawberries, marmalade or good prepared strawberry yoghurt, at will. Spread the cream on a piece of biscuit, lavishly topped with strawberries, biscuit topping, and again some cream and berries.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
