Fruity chocolate cake

We recently had a situation where we spontaneously needed a delicious and fast cake. Nevertheless, we were after something special ... chocolaty it should be ... but I like it then like fruity. So I searched through our fridge and freezer, looted the storage cabinet and it came out:

250 g cane sugar
350 g spelled wholemeal flour
250 g butter
4 eggs
1 packet of baking soda
4 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder
200 g sour cream
1 small cup (125g) Waldbeerjoghurt ... but is certainly also normal
10 tablespoons of O-juice (a little more if required)
40 g 80% chocolate
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 g of frozen berry mix

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a little sugar until stiff and chill.

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar and melted butter until the sugar dissolves.

Stir in baking powder, salt, flour, cocoa, yoghurt, sour cream, ossaft.

Chop the chocolate and fold it carefully with the frozen fruits and the egg whites (do not be alarmed: the frozen fruits suddenly make the dough very firm ... but that's exactly what makes it so juicy)

Bake for about 1 hour at 180 ° C in a 28th springform pan ... the cake is ready if the stick sample remains without dough.

If you want to make muffins, you need about 1/2 hour at 180 ° C if you make 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough per tray. Have fun baking.
