Fluffy potato dumplings

Potato dumplings always taste a bit soggy. To make them nice and fluffy, I cooked them a little bit differently today. For this I take (exceptionally) the finished dough from the pack. But I think you can do that with homemade dumplings.

Mix the dough according to recipe and mix a large cup of dumpling bread with a mass of about 5 dumplings. Let rest for a while and cook for a recipe. The dumpling bread made the potato dumplings fluffy and they worked well for me.
