Hearty dumpling pan - vegan

Often dumplings that are warmed up or soggy the next day stay over. So you can turn it into a delicious vegan food the next day.
ingredients
- Dumplings (bread dumplings or half and half)
- Vegetable lard (or butter)
- 1 cup of soy cream
- pepper
- nutmeg
preparation
- Prepare dumplings either fresh or use the leftovers (2-3 per person)
- Dice (not too fine).
- Heat vegetable lard in a pan (also with butter, oil I do not recommend, because the taste is not sooo great, I think).
- Roast the cubes well in it.
- Now remove the pan from the heat or at least put the heat down and deglaze with soy cream (or with normal, if it does not have to be vegan).
- Season with pepper and nutmeg and you're done with a delicious and filling main dish that does not really taste like leftovers!
- In addition I recommend red cabbage (and if it is to be meat wild.)
- Preparation time (for finished dumplings): approx. 10 minutes.
