Hungarian pan dish
150 g of mixed, smoked bacon
200 g different sausage remnants (but you can also take only 200 g meat sausage)
2 large onions
1 red pepper
a few tablespoons of ketchup
1-2 cloves of garlic
Salt pepper
Dice the smoked bacon and fry in the pan with the diced onion.
Cut the sausage into small pieces, cut the peppers in strips into the pan and fry everything briefly.
Add ketchup + crushed garlic clove.
Season with salt and pepper!
It tastes fresh, crispy farmhouse bread.
Tastes also with pasta.
