Ice cream with green tea

Ingredients for about 4 people:

- 500ml whole milk
- 100ml cream
- 100g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 10g of loose green tea
- fruits (for example mango)

Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a saucepan, then immediately remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.


In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with sugar and tea until the mixture becomes firm. Add this mixture to the milk-cream mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Put everything through a sieve and let cool.

Place the mixture in an ice cream maker or freeze in a plastic bowl in the freezer.

Serve ice cream with fruits.
