Iron cake (waffle)
ingredients
- 500g flour
- 300g sugar
- 250g Rama
- 6 eggs
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- a few drops of flavor (lemon, orange)
- 1/2 liter of milk (can be a little more)
preparation
Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, Rama and eggs until well frothy. Then add the flour, baking powder and milk and stir well. Finally, add the aroma.
You do not need a pot for baking and no pan, but a waffle iron. Have fun baking waffles.
