Leek salad with ham

Leeks can also be prepared differently, instead of the usual cooked Porreegemüse, I also like to do a leek salad.
ingredients
- about 300 g fresh leeks
- 100 g cooked ham
- 3 boiled eggs
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar (eg brandy vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 100 ml of cream
- 1 heaped TL mustard
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Thoroughly wash and clean the leeks and cut into very fine strips, finely chop the ham and eggs and mix everything together.
- Mix the dressing of sour cream, vinegar, cream, oil, salt and pepper and stir in the leek mixture.
- Let it pass for a good 2 hours and, if necessary, season again.
It's quick to prepare, prepares well and tastes great with grilled and stir-fry dishes.
