Low calorie healthy fake tarte flambée

Healthy Fake Flammkuchen delicious as a side dish to the colorful salad, so low-calorie healthy party snack or just like that.

Ingredients for a baking tray / grid:

Dough:


250 g of flour (I always take spelled but also goes with wheat)
125 ml of warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt

Covering:

100 g herb curd cheese (light / light)
75 g of lean ham cubes (eg Aldi double pack by Belight)
fresh onions (in cubes)
Pepper salt



Preparation:

Knead a dough from the dough ingredients and roll as thinly as possible onto a baking sheet / grid with baking paper underneath.

Preheat the oven (circulating air 200 ° C)


Brush the dough with herb quark

Spread the onion and ham cubes on the dough

Peppers and salt

Bake it on top until the edges of the dough are crispy and dark. (With me about 15 minutes)

Tip: If the tarte is still warm, it can be cut better. (for example with a pizza cutter). Eat hot or cold!
