Oven vegetables with chicken legs

- 1 kg of firming potatoes
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 pepper
- 2 larger zucchini
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 vegetable onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh rosemary
- salt
- Roast chicken spice, or if you do not have this at hand, you can quickly make your own spice out of olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat or 180 degrees in convection air.
- Lay the baking sheet with baking paper and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Peel potatoes and cut in half or quarter them according to the size of the potato and place on the baking sheet.
- Cut the rosemary into small pieces and sprinkle with the salt over the potatoes.
- Wash chicken legs, dry and separate with a sharp knife in the lower and thighs.
- The chicken then either with the finished roast chicken or your specially made spice nice rub round and distribute between the potatoes on the baking sheet.
- Put it in the oven, preferably on the middle rail.
- Set an alarm to 25 minutes so that you can then add the vegetables.
- Now wash the vegetables. Cut the peppers and zucchini into small strips. Cut the onion into rings and quarter the garlic cloves and just prick the cherry tomatoes once.
- After the 25 minutes, add the vegetables to the baking sheet and brush with the resulting cooking liquid.
- Then again everything for about 20 minutes in the oven to cook. Finished!
