Make rapeseed butter yourself

Butter is always more expensive and certainly my beloved rapeseed butter. There is also a cheap place, but I do not like it and when you read the list of ingredients, the appetite goes by anyway. Since I am no longer willing to spend over 1.60 euros for 250 g, I make myself the rapeseed now.

250 g German brand butter
70 g rapeseed oil
30 g sour cream

Warm the butter to room temperature and beat vigorously with the rapeseed oil and the cream with the mixer. The mass must be really creamy. Then put everything in a lockable box and let it solidify in the fridge. Tastes like the original and I have 300 g for not even a euro.

But do not take cold-pressed rapeseed oil, it tastes great!
