Mojito-style ice tea (non-alcoholic)

Mojito-style ice tea (non-alcoholic)

For an iced tea, it's a bit of a hassle, but you can make it a pleasure for a visitor who is not allowed to drink because of driving a car - or yourself. In the heat of the day, it just tastes fantastic.

For 1 large glass you need half a cup freshly brewed very strong black tea. You pour it over ice cubes, so it cools quickly, without becoming bitter.

Then peel off an untreated lime with the peeler and place the spiral in a glass. Squeeze out the lime and add the juice to the tea.

Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the glass, a few ice cubes or crushed ice, the cooled tea to stir and insert a sprig of mints.
Simply delicious!
