No more dry chicken or turkey sliced
Do you always have the problem that the sliced gets dry when roasting? Especially with chicken or turkey slices.
By much trial and error, I have found the solution: baking soda! Just before frying, add a bag of baking powder to 500 g of meat, mix well and let it pass through a bit.
Now roast as usual and tadaa, it stays juicy! This trick works not only with Geschnetzeltem, but of course with all meat variants.
