- 250 g spaetzle
- 500 g frozen leaf spinach
- 300 g of grated Gouda
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 egg
- 150 g ham cubes
preparation
- Cook spaetzle as directed and drain, thaw spinach.
- Grease the casserole dish into layers: half of the cooked spaetzle, the spinach, half of the cheese, the remaining spaetzle, the rest of the cheese.
- Stir sour cream and egg, salt, pepper and pour over the layers.
