Nose free - with simple breathing technique

As you lie in the evening in bed and could go away wonderful - if the nose would not be back! Blowing the nose does not usually bring anything, getting air is a pain.

As long as that is not due to an illness, such as an allergy, cold with a cold or anatomical conditions such. As a nasal septum curvature, there is an ingenious trick to quickly breathe freely again:

First of all, you should concentrate on breathing and breathing in and out once or twice as usual. Then normal, but only exhale up to half. Stop the air until the need to continue breathing is clearly noticeable (but please not so long that you have to gasp for air! ;-)). Then continue to breathe normally and calmly.

Repeat this procedure once or twice. Within a short time, the effect should stop - the nose is miraculously released, and you can breathe again. Initially, it took me about 1-2 minutes, now it works in about 30 seconds.

The explanation

In the human body, a balanced oxygen (O²) and carbon dioxide (CO2) content in the blood is vital. Especially in Western civilization, people are increasingly degenerating into "bad breaths" - we breathe too short and too shallow.

The problem with the stuffy nose is surprisingly the exhale. If too much CO2 is exhaled, the body responds by simply causing the nasal turbinates (the so-called "nasal cavernous bodies") to "close up" the nose.

This can also be reversed quickly: If the body sets itself on flight or attack - for example, if you are frightened - the nose is free within a few seconds.

The above breathing technique has nothing else to do but bring the O2 CO2 balance back into balance.

To repeat it

This home remedy is not a solution to diseases, allergies or anatomical problems such as curvatures - there should then, as always, the specialist ran!
