Grandma's goulash

You need:

  • 500g pork goulash
  • 1 big onion
  • 1/2 tube of tomato paste
  • 1-1,5 tsp goulash spice
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 2 soup cubes

preparation

Fry the onions and goulash meat, sprinkle with 5 tablespoons flour, add tomato paste and goulash spice. Mix well.
Add water until the meat is covered.

Simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring again and again. Half a hour before boiling add soup cubes and stir well again.

Serve with pasta, rice or boiled potatoes.
