Open roller shutter box during wallpapering

Once something breaks in a built-in shutters, there is quickly a lot of dirt: the nails or screws of the opening wood panel are over-painted and hard to find, maybe the wallpaper must believe it.

Then rather the dirt right before wallpapering:
Open the cover plate, clean it and immediately check the insulation; maybe there is still a plate Styrofoam flush in the opening space - e.g. fix with adhesive tape. First screw the plate back on: replace worn screws or nails with short, thick Phillips screws, which can be reopened easily even when lightly painted over. Then mark the plate again and mark the installation direction on the inside, so that the screw holes are found well again.

Disassemble the panel and remove the screw holes with a pencil. Paper the roller shutter box without a lid - possibly even just over the hole or the polystyrene plate over it. Again, mark the screw holes directly. If the wallpaper is dry, screw on the lid and carefully paint the screw heads white or glue a small piece of wallpaper over it. Pull it still in the joints, with very little acrylic seal.
