Quick pear cake

The recipe is still from my grandmother (born 1903). If a surprise visit was announced, she quickly made the following cake from her supplies:

Put 1 finished sponge cake into a springform pan and top with pears from the tin.

Made of 1 P. custard powder according to instructions, but instead of milk with 1 / 4l pear juice and 1 / 4l white wine to prepare a pudding. Put it over the pears and let it cool (best in the fridge, because it has to go fast, the visit will be soon at the door).

Then beat the cream until stiff and give it over (I'll take at least 2 packages if I have them in stock).

Finally, drizzle with some eggnog (amount depending on taste). Cold place until coffee.

Delicious.
