Quick pumpkin vegetable soup with sparkling wine
A piece of Hokkaido pumpkin, 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 carrot and the glass of sparkling wine, gives an unexpected taste - a tasty vegetable soup for two.
You can take leftovers from a pumpkin or get a slice of a Hokkaido from a greengrocer on the market.
And for the champagne I always have a piccolo in the fridge. For the second glass you will definitely find a, swallow, use.
