  • 1 egg yolk
  • 260 g of flour

preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 50 ° C
  2. Add milk to a cup and heat lukewarm in the microwave.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and the yeast to the heated milk. Crumble yeast first and stir in milk until it has dissolved.
  4. Put the mixture in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. All we have to do is pick up the yolk, but keep the egg white for later.
  6. Put the flour in a bowl and add the dough from the oven to the bowl with the flour. Before in the flour, make a small Kuhle for the dough.
