Too much chocolate Santa Claus bought for Christmas and now they are crushed or easily eaten in the closet rum?
They can be awakened to a new life - at least the basic material.
ingredients
- At least 4 large chocolate eggs or similar animals
- 1 large bag of grated coconut
- some cooking oil
preparation
- I melt the chocolate in a water bath and hold a bag of grated coconut.
- A large flat mold is lightly oiled, one half of the chocolate infused.
- Sprinkle thick with grated coconut and pour over the second chocolate half.
- Freeze. If the mass is still a bit soft, use a knife to mark a piece.
- Break apart in the hard state and you have a chocolate that comes very close to coconut chocolate of a well-known brand!
