Schnitzel like the pros
First, pat the schnitzel (turkey, beef or pork) to create a smooth, even surface. Then turn the schnitzel first into flour, then into an egg mixture (egg, salt, pepper and cream) and then turn into breadcrumbs, before it is briefly fried in hot oil.
A little tip: In the oil a clove of garlic, rosemary twigs and an abrasion of lemon peel and orange peel!
If the oil is hot enough, then the schnitzel needs from each side at most 90 seconds - say 3 minutes and then on the plate with any side dishes.
