Sheep cheese or feta cheese

Buy feta cheese or sheep's cheese in one piece (usually cheaper), cut into cubes of the same size, place in a bowl or a glass jar and sprinkle with any kind of spices (chili, garlic, Italian spice mixture, herbs ...). Now the sheep's cheese is covered with olive oil (who does not have one, can also use another) and comes for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

In addition, I can keep the sheep's cheese longer, if something is left, in the oil, it is much longer shelf life.
