Simmer small corn casseroles sour

Now there are plenty of corncobs again. I cook them like gherkins.

  • 2.5 L of water
  • 0.5 L vinegar
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 2 hands full of salt

Dissolve everything in the water.

Add mustard, peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf, horseradish, dill, savory and onions to jars.

Then layer the corn cubes (not larger than 10-15 cm) in the glasses, douse with the broth and boil for 25 minutes.
