Sleep Problems: This breathing exercise helps

At a young age you certainly do not have the problem yet, but at some point every day comes a day when you can not fall asleep. You turn and turn around in bed, counting sheep, and yet you keep the circling thoughts awake ... There is a breathing exercise that makes me fall asleep within a few minutes. You just have to concentrate a bit and after 9 breaths you sleep peacefully.

A word to explain in advance: one breath = once inhale + once exhale.

Important: take beautiful deep breaths.

  • In the first 3 breaths you clearly count in each case the inhalation
  • in the next 3 breaths you count in your mind clearly each exhaling
  • you do not count on the next 3 breaths (yes, you can, you can tell when 3 breaths are over)
  • then again from the beginning ... if you ever get that far
